Question: Is it really better to have loved and lost than to have never loved at all!?
Give me your opinion and your explanation!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker:
I both agree and disagree with it!.

Why do I agree!? Because it's better to have felt what love feels like than to have lived life and never known it!. That'd be horribly cruel and painful to accept!.

Why do I disagree!? Because sometimes the loss is so painful that you wish that you never loved!. It depends on if the loss was painful or not!.

Good Question, I know it is a saying but I have never really thought deeply about it!. In my personal opinion I think, for me it would have been better not to have loved at all!. I loved and lost and my thoughts are never cleared of that loss which always gives me that melancholy feeling and twinge of pain!. I even dream of it and wake up feeling that loss!.I don't like it!. You know the saying - the fear of the unknown-!? Well I think maybe you would feel the same way about love!. If you never loved it would be something unknown so maybe you wouldn't feel the pain of loss!. I hope I made some sense with my opinion and explanation but thanks , it was a neat question to answer!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Yes, I believe that until you have loved you will really never understand it!.

The life of any one person can be summed up in the relationships that we keep!. Those can be with our friends and people that we care about as well as with someone that we can love and be able to spend the rest of our lives with!.

Who you love and the friends that you keep are a direct reflection of the person behind the mask that you put on in the face of society!. That reflection shows the true side of you!.

I believe that someone who has never loved or never will love will also never really lead a full and happy life!. Sometimes love may hurt but in the end it is another valuable and priceless life experience in the vast tapestry of a person’s story!.

Great question by the wayWww@QuestionHome@Com

Yes!. Without love, what would you be!? You would be heartless!. If you could not love, you would not feel compassion or pity!. You would be without the feeling that is the root of all good feelings!. You would not feel remorse or guilt, but would you take advantage of that!? You would never feel the pain of loss, but would that be worth it!? Not to me!. "Love never fails" 1 Corinthians 3:18Www@QuestionHome@Com

sure !.!. it is better, in my opinion
a true love not necessarily a one that will last forever
true feelings can happen and for a reason or another, the relationship does not last

a successful relationship is the one that last foreverWww@QuestionHome@Com

Love is worth it!.

In the Count of Monte Cristo, the Count says in his last letter that there is no such thing as emotion, only the comparison of one state to another!.

Only one who has experienced ultimate sadness can experience ultimate happiness!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

of course, to experience the warm touch and intense feelings are a special experience that gives one appreciation of others needs and desires!. Without this, one would never be able to grasp the intensity it creates!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Yes it is true!. You can never appreciate that which you have until it is gone!. This enables all of us to feel the good and bad of life!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

If you're being pragmatic, then no!.

If you've never loved at all then you don't know what you're missing!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
