Dunno if you have ever heard of David Icke, but he has some pretty interesting things to say about different dimensions!. He is a bit out there on some other stuff, but it is refreshing, and necessary at this point in time for the evolution of our consciousness!. Until we can prove the existence of an alternative reality, then we cannot prove that the live we live is a simulation of that reality!. Therefore no, life is not a simulation!. This is the whole premise behind the movie THE MATRIX, because reality is a relative concept!. "What is real!?" One could even ask "What isn't real!?" and ultimately get no further than he started!. Real and unreal are based on our senses of what we can see, touch, taste and smell!. The colors that I see, are they the same as what you see!? If I saw your red, would it be my blue!? What is Simulation!?
The term simulation is used in different ways by different people!.
