yes!. but the condition for allowing yourself to say an uncivil and brutal thing is very hard to fulfill!. the only condition is that it must be backed with the same amount of love as the amount of hurt will be expressed in those words!. and how hard is to achieve that!? very hard!. and you are never sure if you loved the person you have hurt as much as you allowed yourself to hurt them!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I do not think it is uncivilized to speak a necessary truth and if you do not have enough education to say it politely or if there is no way any one could say it politely then you still have the right to say what needs to be said!.
