While on retreat the Metta Bhavana (Cultivation of Metta) Practice was simple, it was a contemplation on the words which are the initials of P!.U!.F!.F!.

I would say this was a German who wrote about some of the qualities a mother should have for her children!. German for moter is mutta, I think that's spelt right!. To add to it would be other qualities mothers have for their children!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I agree with it but it's not Monday anymore!. So i have lapsed in my Metta thinking, but i will try again next Monday or now and see how long it lasts!.
