Ooooooooh there are lots!

At the moment I love Vapour Trail by Ride!. The lyrics are so clever and dreamy and it kinda sums up why I love living in Oxford!.!.!. ;-)

I love the song Tell Me On A Sunday from the musical of the same name because it's so kinda romantic and love what it's all about!.

It's hard to choose just one, but I really love Holiday in Spain by Counting Crows!. Again, I just love the sentiment! I rather fancy leaving the world behind and taking a holiday in spain sometimes!.!.!.!.

How about you!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

I thought about it a lot the song that best describes my attitude towards life is Land of Confusion by Disturbed!.

I mustve dreamed a thousand dreams
Been haunted by a million screams
But I can hear the marching feet
Theyre moving into the street!.

Now did you read the news today
They say the dangers gone away
But I can see the fires still alight
There burning into the night!.

Theres too many men
Too many people
Making too many problems
And not much love to go round
Cant you see
This is a land of confusion!.

This is the world we live in
And these are the hands were given
Use them and lets start trying
To make it a place worth living in!.

Ooh superman where are you now
When everythings gone wrong somehow
The men of steel, the men of power
Are losing control by the hour!.

This is the time
This is the place
So we look for the future
But theres not much love to go round
Tell me why, this is a land of confusion!.

This is the world we live in
And these are the hands were given
Use them and lets start trying
To make it a place worth living in!.

I remember long ago -
Ooh when the sun was shining
Yes and the stars were bright
All through the night
And the sound of your laughter
As I held you tight
So long ago -

I wont be coming home tonight
My generation will put it right
Were not just making promises
That we know, well never keep!.

Too many men
Theres too many people
Making too many problems
And not much love to go round
Cant you see
This is a land of confusion!.

Now this is the world we live in
And these are the hands were given
Use them and lets start trying
To make it a place worth fighting for!.

This is the world we live in
And these are the names were given
Stand up and lets start showing
Just where our lives are going to!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

"You Got to Love" by Lilac Time
with the chorus:

"You got to give more than you take
You Got to love
And if you find love that's true
Then good for you!.!.
For you need love!.!.!.to get by!.!.
You got to give more than you take
You got to love!.!.!."

old school, truly!.!.but there's something calming and peaceful about those antiquated values so well promoted by the Beatles and others in the 60's!.!.

If you took the trouble to locate the song, I think you'd like it too!.!.!.! It's on Lilac Time's first self-titled recording!.!.!.they're very ballsy about promoting that this stuff is still relevant!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

TITLE: BEECH
ARTIST: Meredith Brooks

Lyrics:

I hate the world today
You're so good to me
I know but I can't change
Tried to tell you
But you look at me like maybe
I'm an angel underneath
Innocent and sweet
Yesterday I cried
Must have been relieved to see
The softer side
I can understand how you'd be so confused
I don't envy you
I'm a little bit of everything
All rolled into one

Chorus:
I'm a beech, I'm a lover
I'm a child, I'm a mother
I'm a sinner, I'm a saint
I do not feel ashamed
I'm your hell, I'm your dream
I'm nothing in between
You know you wouldn't want it any other way

So take me as I am
This may mean
You'll have to be a stronger man
Rest assured that
When I start to make you nervous
And I'm going to extremes
Tomorrow I will change
And today won't mean a thing

Chorus

Just when you think, you got me figured out
The season's already changing
I think it's cool, you do what you do
And don't try to save me

Chorus

I'm a beech, I'm a tease
I'm a goddess on my knees
When you hurt, when you suffer
I'm your angel undercover
I've been numb, I'm revived
Can't say I'm not alive
You know I wouldn't want it any other wayWww@QuestionHome@Com

Keep as cool as you can,
Face piles of trials with smiles,
