I am a Christian and believer of the Holy Bible!. I believe this world is experiencing the labor pains of mankind's self destruction, God is trying to get our attention! People do not come to Him or believe in Him sometimes until a tragedy befalls them!. It is written in the Holy Bible that such natural disasters, wars and rumors of wars, and men shunning God from the world, are events to take notice of, they foretell of Christ' coming again!. Of course, the unbelievers yawn and ridicule, but we know better!

People said that about the Nazi's, the black plague, the 1918 deadly flu epidemic, and with a lot of natural disasters throughout history!. Natural disasters are nothing new!. They kill more people now partly because the world is more populated, particularly in places that are subject to some major disasters!. This giant earth quake in China is a rare occurence, but not that rare!. There was one like that in South America decades ago!. The cyclone in Burma/Myanmar was so devistating because the government didn't do anything about it ahead of time or in the aftermath and there had been little recovery in many areas already affected by the Tsunami 2 1/2 years ago!. (Kind of like why Katrina was such a big disaster, if we had better levies, hadn't destroyed the flood planes, or had a proper evacuation, it wouldn't have been nearly as bad!.)
There have been much bigger disasters than the major ones of the last few years too, like the Krakatoa eruption or the large asteroid that hit siberia with the force of many atomic bombs(nobody lived in siberia at that time though)!. Then there are supervolcanos which have erupted many times throughout history, but never so far in human history!. It will happen eventually though!. Some think that Yellowstone National Park, which is one giant supervolcano, will erupt sometime in the next couple of hundred thousand years!. Keep in mind that all of civilization has only been 10,000 years and the bulk of human evolution only about 100,000!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Its cleansing and purification of the old and bad!. sometimes death is not a bad thing!. Its part of nature's cycle

Another side too it, the world is been choked by coporate americans, oil madmen, insane bush heads, currupt business men etc etc, they are partially responisble for the receent tragdeies and 100% responsible for the wars and greed today!.

They will bekon their faith!. Guilt will rott to their graves eventually!. and hopefully nature will cleanse them out of life :)
