Question: Do u have those days!?

do u go through those days where everything is so happy and perfect and u love bein u and everything and then there's days where everything is so rubbish and u feel so unhappy and bored and lonely and miserable and u get annoyed with everyone around u!? or is it just me!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

Its called life! Its just how life is!.!.!. up and down!.!.!. nothing stays the same!. Your mood can be effected by the weather, your hormones, the amount of sleep you've had, as well as external factors like environment, levels of hunger etc!. You need to accept the ups and down!. Don't admonish yourself for having your grumpy days! Everyone has them! If you let yourself have off days be allow yourself to feel grumpy you will pass through it faster than if you keep telling yourself to NOT feel like that!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Join the club!. I have been told I have a melancholy personality!. I live in the Northeast where we have so much cloudy weather!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.day after day of it, like this past week!. It makes me so kinda depressed, and even physically tired and ugly!. Something to do with the barometric pressure!. I think a move to a sunnier climate would do a world of good for me!. Tuesday a!.m!. wake up with a 'black' feeling in the pit of my stomach!.!.!.ugh!.!.!.weather's ok but what's the point!? Look in the mirror and see only negatives!.!.!.fat!.!.!.greasy hair!.!.!.dull eyes!.Deep sighs!.!.!.nothing feels, looks, smells, or tastes good today!.!.!.!.all is dull, insipid, uninspiring and downright depressing!.

Weds!.!.!.same black feeling!.!.!.but get up, put on some music!.!.!.a friend calls early to make a date for the evening!.!.!.and feel great!. Work - perfect!. Everthing looks, feels, smells and tastes!.!.!.wonderful!.

Thursday!.!.!.still on high!.!.!.till News programme brings me down!.!.!.the world's in a mess!.!.!.I'm not doing enough!.!.!.what's the point anyway!?
Friday!.!.!.!.and so on and so on!.!.!.!.!.

No, that's definitely not just you!. We all have those days and then also those days!. That's what life is all about!. That's what I mean by happiness: Happy days intertwined with days of mishaps!. It's much better this way!. Life will never get boring, because we will never take the good days for granted!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
