Question: According to Freudians, the energy inside us which controls our behavior!?
Best Answer - Chosen by Asker:
That which "controls" our behavior is the ego, which he said was the 'Executive' of the consciousness!.

" The ego is called the executive branch of personality because it uses reasoning to make decisions!. The id and the ego have no morality!. They do not take into account whether something is right or wrong!. The superego is the Freudian structure of personality that is the moral branch of personality!."

It is then up to the "executive" to take the information given it by the "moral branch" and make the right "executive decision!." The superego "sees" what is right and wrong; the ego decides what to do with the right and wrong!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
