My heart is the one thing that tells me that in a world of jagged pieces that there is another place where it belongs!. It finds its home in a place of colour and warmth!. The land of ice is not its home!. I do not belong there!. It helps me remember who I am and my purpose!. It reminds me that
I have no business becoming frozen and sad!. It reminds me
that I was created for community and to keep the fire
alive in other hearts that can become lost among the frosted glass!.

The heart houses the source of our life and keeps us going!. As we grow, we lose our connection with it and the glass door frosts over!. Now, when we want to look into our hearts for guidance, we are obstructed by frosted glass!.
