Now is all there is, so if now is not the right time than the thing is not meant to be!.

Why do people push things off!? Because now is not the right time, or more correctly they are not right for the thing!. But if one always works for now, and always does what one can for 'now' than life will be what it is meant to be, though it will be what it is meant to be anyhow!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

People oftenly put things off like this where there are emotional involvements, either positive or negative, i!.e somethings so good they don't want it to end; or something needs to be done that may emotionally hurt another!. Often the perfect time doesn't come, or never existed and people use it as an excuse to 'put it off'!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
