It is possible to experience some happiness when I am pleased with my own conduct and accomplishments!. This means happiness is on and off, and back on again, depending on my own performance, or lack thereof!.

It is difficult to enjoy happiness if I have acted like a jerk!. However, I can make amends, do things over again, and make things right, then the happiness begins to return!.

The Bible is correct where it says "There is no happiness in sin"!. Pleasure has little or nothing to do with happiness, it often leads to unhappiness!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
