It depends on how you define progress!.
If war is supposed to be progress of teaching people to live in peace then it certainly isn't doing a good job of it!.

If war is supposed to be progress of the government looking totally retarded then yes, it's making progress!.

I think progress can be a consequence of war, that darkest days lead to the brightest dawns, I find war nothing other than extreme competition between man!.
However, not wars are just!. WWI and II could have been avoided if people didn't cut so many damn corners in the past!.

Yes and no!. I think war is a consequence of two different worlds that aren't on the same page!. They obviously have different viewpoints and want what's best for them!. If they both had the same priority, they could share it!. But not all of mankind knows what that is!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
