Well I think it depends!.!.

After having it for so long, it would be hard to go without it because a lot of stuff such as classes I do online and it is also my primary communication with friends and family!.!.Eventually I would get used to the fact I don't have it and would have to resort to other methods!.

I think people rely on the internet too much and what people were fearing when the millenium came around, could happen at any time and they would not know what to do with themselves!. The world would go in to utter chaos!.!.!.Except maybe in those places where they don't know what the internet is!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

It would be much less convenient!. I do a tremendous amount of research on the net!. Email is much easier than mail or telephone because you know that people are going to get it quicker than mail and at a time when it's convenient for them to review material!. It makes it easy for me to stay in daily contact with my son in California and my daughter in Portland as well as my daughter who lives close!. It provides education and entertainment!. It connects me to people of all ages and in locations around the world who I would never know without it!. I love it!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Personally, with my life it would be a lot harder to keep in touch with my family/friends that live out of the same state or country as me!. I mean sure there is the phone, but the bill would probably be outrageous even with all the great plans they have now!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Without the internet, I would be reading many more magazines and books for all the info I seek!. I would be using snail mail and phone calls more often too!. I'd really miss it!! But I could live without it if I needed to, I have before!. It would just not be so fun!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
