I've learned to respond to life with more ease by keeping my perspective and not react!. I let my life flow by letting go of my problems instead of resisting with all my might!. I keep the serenity prayer handy in all circumstances!.

taking a nice bubble bath
listening to calming music
eating something yummy!.!.!. like chocolate :)
doing something to get your mind off of things!.!. like playing a game, or writing, or drawing
playing guitar, or any instrument lets me calm down
going for a walk by yourself!. just you!.!. lets you think!.
crying!. having a good cry once in awhile doesnt hurt!. gets your anger and frustration out!. once you do that youll feel more relaxed!.
curling up on the couch and watching a movie!. not like a horror flick or an action thriller!.!. but something!.!. more slower paced!.
taking a cat nap :)
reading a book!.

I always try to do something that is simple and comforting to me! I put puzzles together, crochet, try to get together with friends to play games, or just relax for an hour or two to watch a movie!. Life comes at you hard, but you always need to make time to relax!Www@QuestionHome@Com
