You know that feeling you get in your stomach that makes you sick, but all the while you've got a huge grin on your face, and everytime you try to remove it you're stomach gets bigger butterflies causing you to giggle!. Thats physical happiness!.

Mental happiness is when you're at a calm state of mind, you know where you're going in life!. You have it all planned and everything is working for you, you are happy you can make money, can make and keep friends, you've found love, you're life is going swell!.

Emotional happiness is when everything is also working for you, your family is together and you are supported, and respected!.

You know what I mean, it's all those things that make you feel alive, that is happiness!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
