oh, the question should be: is there anything in between birth and death!? because birth and death are the opposites, not life and death, birth and death happen in life, but life has no opposite!. life is that in which all those cycles happen, things appear and disappear, bodies are born, they die one day!.!.!. but life itself is eternal and has no opposite!.!.!. and yes, life offers a lot in between birth and death!.!.!. just look around!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

No!.!.!. its a dichotomy!. Either you are dead or you are alive!. There is no in-between!.

On a more spiritual note, even an immortal soul is alive!. There is your mortal body phase and your non corporeal phase!.!.!. sure!. But what makes you think that the soul isnt alive!? Just because it cant die!? Who is to say it cant die!?
