My god I feel trapped in this job, pays good but environment is getting annoying

Question: My god I feel trapped in this job, pays good but environment is getting annoying and uncomfortable!!?

I just had a verbal fight with a coworker, it happened last week and it got worst today, the same with others because I'm the kind that keeps feelings and thoughs inside, I also don't let anyone disrespect me so I guess that's all the pandemonium!.!.!.

Well, I would quit my job if I am not happy!. That is exactly what I did!. I found a job that was willing to pay me and even better benefits and so I kiss my old job good bye even though I was making $more!. I hated going to work everyday in that place!. I feel like I was in the bad mood alot!. Now, my job is great, I get along with my co worker and I desagree with my Team Leader, but we are cool!. Life is what you make out of it, remember that!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Just quit your job if you can afford!. Ha ha!. Exchange it for worse conditions; perhaps you are a perfectionist!.
Besides, many cannot appreciate that you are ALWAYS cross-posting your questions with an average of 4, but we remain polite, don't we!? You got a mail about this practice!.
