Use the two-handed Weaver stance and hold the weapon so that you aren't actually 'squeezing' it in your hand!. Use pressure (applied from your forearms) to hold the weapon between the heel of your shooting hand and the forefinger(s) of your off-hand!. This prevents applying trigger pressure from causing your shooting hand to move the weapon!. You should have just the end (or pad) of your index finger on the trigger and apply a smooth, steady pressure increase until the weapon fires!. Never 'jerk' or 'yank' the trigger as this will cause the muzzle to move!.
