Depends what the cause of the blindness is!.
If you damaged your optical equipment then yeah, you'd still be able to think in pictures because the "thinking in pictures" circuitry exists inside your brain!.
If you were rendered blind by brain damage or a stroke, which destroyed your ability to percieve pictures, then no you wouldn't be able to dream of or think of pictures!.
Medical science has observed both of these cases and so doctors can answer this question, you would probably get a better, more specific answer from one of the medical categories!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

My dear!. A human being has got five senses!.Of which sight is one of them!.But it does not mean that disability is inability!.
If you lose your eye sight, you will not have lost your memory!. You will still remember what you used to see when you where still able!.
so you can still dream!.even blind people do dream!.

As for sexual satisfaction, honestly i don't think that you need to see (except for a few cases that is if they exist) to get satisfaction but to feel!. Remember that, when one sense is not functioning as before, it does not automatically mean that the rest will follow soot!.Unless its an illness that spreads to other sense organs but i doubt that!.

If you are sensitive to the external world around you without eyesight, I think, you'll be able to see dreams with the forms and sounds as you could visualised during your waking state!. Hence, your other organs will definitely go on working in normal way without causing any dissatisfaction!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I am no expert, but I think because you could see at one time, you would be able to see your dreams which would include sexual satisfaction ones (if you are lucky)!. That brings up a more interesting question (to me)!. Can a person born blind dream and see the dreams!?Www@QuestionHome@Com
