and what would u be patient about is there something to wait for!?i want my self to be more mature and have a more opened mind and hope that i could be a better friend to people!.Is this what be patient with ur self means if your waiting for it!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

To me, the phrase "be patient w/ yourself" means giving yourself time to grow up, time to experience life, afford yourself every opportunity to learn and succeed, and give yourself a break when you screw up!. Thats a great learning tool!

Being patient with yourself is accepting the beauty of your humanness in this life and not expecting unreasonable perfection in "how" you live your life!.
It's awful how people treat themselves with such self-hatred, high expectations, and rigid control!.
