In 3rd world countries, it is not an issue, even while starving to death!. Over population is not in their agenda!. So how do we introduce a western philosophical point of view to them and make them partners in ways of world population control for the benefit of the future world population!. Its an idea that needs to be honed to make it platable to 3rd world nations!. In Islam, that is a non issue!.
