Question: Why is it there are people who are happy annoying/insulting you!?

ok so they know i'm not the one who always get fun at jokes (sensitive one) but then they keep on annoying me in the things even if not really directly to me (like they will just tell whatever will annoy me but then not talking to me, they just let me hear it)!.!.well that people who do that are really not close or a friend of mine!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
