In fact all all over the history of human existence,the right and wrong either by a power (king,religious leader,government ,etc) or by a majority (voted by the people or an assembly what we call law)
Sometimes even a right and true decisions are failed or even punished just for the fact that it doesn't got majority(The death of Galileo is the top most example in history who is been punished for his theory that the earth rotates around the the sun) Now the world has accepted him as the father of modern science even roman church

Society decides what is right and what is wrong!. We live in a world that favors conformity!. You can argue that it is God who decides what is morally acceptable, but different society lives by different Gods and consequently not all religions are the same!. Take into account Nazi Germany and the genocides of the Jew!. Many people in Germany believed it was right and thus went through with it!. In America the enslavement of Africans were considered acceptable at one time and those who stood up were ostracized!. And what does this have to do with right and wrong!? These events shows that no matter how unjust it appears now, the fact is that it happened and perhaps thought to be right at the time!. What one person may think, no matter how right or wrong, the majority often defines what is acceptable - even if it is unjust!. However, religion and religious doctrine often plays a role in determining social values but ultimately it is society that deems what is appropriate and what is not!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Just when are you talking about!? When you are born you have this in you to begin with!. Your parents teach you more of it, and then you grow old and by then should realize most of it!. But when the end of your life comes then this would depend on what you believe!. If you believe in God then he will decide what whether what you did in your life was right or wrong and if you do not believe in him then you will just no exist and who will care then!?

In naturally ordained universe there is no right, no wrong!. It is humans who set up this conundrum and linked it to God to abfuscate lesser mentally endowed folks!. The only thing that can be said in its favour is that for orderliness in society that in turn , is the core of anthropo-centric universe to the exclusion of all else, it is essential!. Sometimes our logical decision comes out to be wrong, and sometimes even quick decisions comes out to be the best!. So can't predict!.
