it is just empty of thoughts then!. you don't lose the capacity of mind, the ability to think, only the content, the immense amount of thoughts, ideas, concepts, worries, sorrows, that is constantly running in your mind!.!.!.!. this can be really refreshing at times!. people do all kinds of stuff to "lose their minds"!.!.!.
