why am i so worthless!?
i try at everything i do!. but i can never do it right!.

No one is better off dead, especially not you!. The fact that you try at everything you do shouts WINNER to me! Who says you never get it right!? Chances are its just that you are thinking that your not doing it right when in fact you may be doing better than know!.

Find a trusted person to check this out with!. Please tell someone how you are feeling and I'm sure you will find that you are definitely not worthless!.

No one is worthless!. You need to be your own best friend because often in life you are all that you have!. You need to always listen to the better part of you!. I've struggled with self-esteem issues myself!. When you try things, stick them out, don't just up and quit the first few times you are trying something!.

Practice and sticking at it is the only way that you will ever get good!. Remember suicide is completely giving up and letting all those jerks who gave you a hard time in life "win" so don't let them win!. You need to win at life!. You can do it!. thats the neat thing about life, NO BODY GETS IT RIGHT! especially at first, then you just mess up until you retire, then you drive a golf cart around and run over cats and dead alligators, and tell your wife or husband you dont remember why you have on green shorts!.
get a grip, you can do it, i lost EVERY basketball game i ever played, but i dont care, because i enjoyed it!
i lost every tennis match, but i had fun! when i was 17 i raced motocross, i was 19th out of 20, but i had the time of my life!.
when i was in sixth grade i was on the debating team, the idiots on my team elected me head debater, we lost, they all hated me, but you know what! i didnt care, i went sailing and they all sulked!.

sailing is more fun than sulking, thats for sure!.

At one time or another we all have felt the way you do, but you have to remember that life gives you what you project out!. I have been reading a book called "You can heal your life" by Louise Hay and what she says is true!. We have to heal our lives in order to bring better out comes to our present life!. I really would suggest that you read her book!. I would also suggest reading books by Doreen Virtue!.
