You misunderstand how theology uses the word MEEK!. It speaks in metaphorical terms mostly!. Meek as used in theology does not really mean MEEK (lack of strength, valor or courage) as Webster defines it!.

The MEEK the Bible speaks about is the show of obedience to the commandments of God and following in His footsteps!. Mother Teresa and Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi come to mind!. They can be termed as MEEK by theology but in the true definition of Webster, they were anything but meek!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

That comes from the Bible and the Bible has got to be the worst single book ever written by humans!. In survival of the fittest the most fit are often the least aggressive!. Your thinking may be correct!. For example the dinosaurs (who reigned supreme on earth for over 150 million years) were not for the most part meek!. They were wiped out by some natural event (asteroid!?) while small (meek!?) mammal like animals survived the same catastrophe!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

In the long run, pushing people around and deliberately making enemies has limited survival value!. The meek (note the correct spelling) are more likely to work together for mutual benefit!.
