Question: Is there A BETTER WAY of conveying a thought without using words!?

If you want to be direct and detailed about your feelings then words are probably the best way to convey emotion!. However, if you are looking for people to assess what kind of thoughts/ideas/emotions you are trying to convey drawing/painting/photography are good ways because you are not giving them all the answers!. They have to look at the picture/painting etc and read it for themselves and get something from it!. Art has a lot to do with interpretation, if you want people to interpret a thought you are trying to convey then art is a good way to do that, but if you want to be clear and direct and say "this is what I am thinking" words are the best medium!. I guess it depends on how/why you want your thoughts perceived!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

They say a picture is worth a thousand words, but I've seen some pretty worthless pictures!. There is a lot to words!. Aside from their lexical definitions, words have nuance and connotations!. The way we order words in a sentence may imply or contain innuendo!. We say a lot when we say anything at all, and one of the things that differentiates language from the modes of communication of other animals is the information density that is conveyed!. My guess would be that the only BETTER form of conveying thought would be ESP, if it's even possible!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

That all depends on the thought!. The means of expression themselves are all equal to one another, but the nature of the thought appropriates the means by which you convey it!. Some thoughts need to be conveyed through looks or actions while others may be sounds or images!. A single thought can often require multiple means of expression as well!. For example, if I am angry at you I need to do more than simply say I am angry!. I need to also look angry and pound my fist on something, and make sounds of disgust that can't really be called words!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

The words, "I love you" bear very little weight without the unspoken actions that give them meaning!.
Recently I went through some terrible health problems, with no idea if I'd recover!. My husband didn't say much but he'd come up and rub my back, put the TV on my favourite show, make sure my favourite juice was in the fridge, do the laundry, make the bed, leave the paper at my place at the table in the morning, and a million other things!. They all screamed "I love you!. I care about you!. I see your pain and want to make it better!. I will never leave and did I mention I love you!?"!. He spoke his love so strongly and he never had to resort to mere words!. I am so fortune I can hardly speak!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
