I believe that the real question is whether somebody's life itself it worth a million dollars to destroy, regardless of the perpetrator!. I suppose for some people, that it would be!. Indeed, some people are willing to pay far less than that for the same result, and the unfortunate situation is there are people that would be willing to accept even that pittance!.

For me, I do not believe that any life is worth destroying!. We might parse out the differences between allowing to die versus being involuntarily killed, but if we begin to place monetary values on human life, then we ultimately place one on human society itself!. As money is an innovation of society rather than outside of it, the paradox emerges!.

I believe it easy to refuse a sum of money, any sum, connected with such a great crime!. However, presume that someone forces my hand, such as threatens to kill my wife or the like if I do not commit some crime of a lesser nature!. In that case, the rational mind cannot have such clarity as to what course of action to be taken!.

To sum up, any person could likely be bought, but if it is based on something as banal as money, they have sold themselves already, even without be asked!. I sincerely believe that I am not in that group!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I would like to say no, because it's not exactly a good feeling to know that i can be bought to do something that i don't want to do, but if they flashed the cash in my face, i may consider it!. The reason is mostly because i see employment as us selling our time to someone for money!.!.!. a million dollars, that's allot of my life wasted on the "honorable" work!.!.!.and who knows, i could donate some of the money for less fortunate people, or charities!.!.!.

Long story short, I probably would do it, I don't think I would be proud of it, I would most likely regret it in the future, but I'm a human!.!.!.money is time/life, i would justify killing that guy so fast in my head, i would find some bizarre way to rationalize it on the spot!.!.!.then i would probably do something that i would regret for the rest of my life!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
