3 main answers all strike me as legitimate:
1) Clone!. The word is also the relationship!.
2) Sibling, if you were still considered "a minor" at the time of the cloning!.
3) Parent, if you are an adult at the time of the cloning!.

The best answer is probably a hyphenation, like second-cousin, mother-in-law, or half-sister!.
In this case, depending on your age and level of responsibility for the cloning, you would be their clone-parent or clone-sibling!.
