Just curious!.

I don't know that religion, itself, stinks!. I think perhaps what stinks is what people do to it that stinks!.

As for god or the concept of god, that's a personal choice for the individual!. For me, it's an open question!.

As for sensible people, I don't dare assume what they are thinking!. It's enough to be accountable for what I am thinking!. And most days, that's a wild ride!Www@QuestionHome@Com

"God is good" is a faith claim and non-demonstrable so I don't see how you can be sensible (or better 'reasonable') in claiming it!.
Some religion undoubtedly does stink, but in a lot of societies organised religions are doing more for poverty and hardship than any other organisations public or private!.
In Britain, the Archbishop of Canterbury's recent House of Lords speech on economic inequality is a solid attack on current financial thievery whether or not he believes in God!.

God and religion both are good but it is the fanatics and the religious heads that make religion stink!.on one hand they say God is one!. But there are different religions and there different heads who preach the same!.so a contradiction arises about which God is true and which is fake!. if Jerusalem was the religious place of both Muslims and Christians then why was the battle of crusades fought!. was it for the same holy land which was drenched in the blood of both the communities!?Www@QuestionHome@Com
