Question: God: Why hasn't he contacted me yet!?

I'm highly significant to the universe and feel a bit chagrined!. Why am I not gleaming like the North Star on his radar!? He talks to all the Christians, but I've never heard from him in my life!. I feel rejected and hurt!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I watched "The Odyssey" in 6th grade and and I learned that God (or the Gods, as it were) doesn't like cocky guys who think they're important!. Well, He spent over 1400 years getting together 40 writers to put down His words so that you can hear what He wants!. One good thing about understanding God is that He shows us that you are no more significant than any other person on earth, even though you may shine a little more!.

Why would you want to talk to G/god!? Even if the thing existed, which it doesn't, the thing wouldn't be able to answer you coherently!. (See Bible; See War; See World Religions) And if the thing could answer to prayers, or whatnot, would those answers be applicable!? I think not!. The thing's answers wouldn't be applicable to you or your subjectivity, because it isn't of physical existence: is it matter or energy (both are subject to physical laws; and thus doesn't possess those G/god-like qualities)!? So, basically you are saying you want thin-air to respond to you for a little chat!? Pssh!.

Some people listen to their own mental chatter and claim that God talks directly to them!.

God doesn't speak in a loud voice in clear sentenses!. I will give some examples of my life!. After my dad was gone for a year I was still in grief over his death!. I was driving out of the Serrias Mountain out in to the valley where Sacramento is!. As I rounded to corner where I had a magnificent view of the valley, there in the west was a glorious sunset!. God Had answered my question!. My dad took pictures of hundreds of sunsets, it seemed very special that God chose a sunset to tell me that my dad was doing good on the other side

I had another profound experience!. I was feeling very pensive on my drive home from my daughter's place!. I was at a cross roads where I could turn right or straight to get to the freeway and I was thinking that which road I took could in one way or another would change my life, perhaps my disteny!. I chose to wait out the light and go straight!. I was for a stretch of road alone by myself!. In the distance I saw strange lights, which ended an accident!.
Theone car was upside down and smashed flat like a tin can, the other car up against center divide!. I went in to my nurse, rescuer mode!. I parked my car with flashers going so that no car would directly cume up against the accident!. I figured the person in t he flattened car had to be dead!. She was alive!. And only spoke spanish!. Her seat had flattened and she was alive!. I assesed her and by that time I had other helpers!. I got her safely to a place around where there was no gasoline!. She lived!.
The man in the other car lived also without a scratch!. A tire came off the back of a van and flew though the air, making the ladies car roll over and over again!. Then the tire hit the passenger side of the second car!. Fortunatly the young man was driving alone!.

How could life come out of such a horrible accident!. And why was I the one who found the accident!? When the cops & rescue workers came they stopped traffic so that I could drive home!. Just before the accident I had been at that corner wondering if I turned or went straight made any difference in my life!. God gave me the answer!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.by coming on the tradigic accident!. I was needed!. My old nursing skills kicked in to action!. Had I turned the corner rather than going straight I most likely would of been part of the accident!. In stead God gave me the message that I was still valuable and still in the place I needed to be in!.

I looked up to the sky and told God that I really didn't need that big of an answer, well, maybe I did!.

I doubt that you are significant to the greater part of the universe!. To your surroundings for sure, unless you create something to save mankind from their progression to anilment!.

How cruel would a creator of the universe be if he only cared about middle to upper income americans who are college educated and have blonde hair and drive SUV's!?
God knows there are many people and many paths to know God!.
You are listening way too hard!. It is when you stop and meditate or pray you will open your mind and soul up to connection with the creator of the universe!. Remember the answers are least expected!. That makes them special!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
