But, as a vendor, you have to try to satisfy the customer because without them, you can't survive in your business!.Www@QuestionHome@Com not always!. but through business eyes that has to be the case!. if the customer feels like they come out of the store a winner, there is a great chance they will continue to shop at that store!. having said that there are always idiotic customers!.Www@QuestionHome@Com It's a privilege, not a right!. Too many abuse this!. I would follow that belief, but then as a business, I also should rights protecting me from customer abuse!.Www@QuestionHome@Com No, I work at the Front Desk of a hotel and guests always tell me that their rooms are already paid for and fight me about it!. About 5% of the time they're right!.Www@QuestionHome@Com No way! In fact, working in the ER, the "customer" is usually wrong!.Www@QuestionHome@Com Nope, sometimes they can be irrational and demanding!.
