Yes & when you love yourself you will be more lovable to others & you will be able to set a basis so you never have to fear losing that love!.
Instead of concentrating on what you havent got start a project to decide how you want others to know you as & practice to make these traits part of who you are!.

You will get to know & like yourself & others wont have to wade through your conflicting beliefs you presently have of yourself to find out & keep up with who you are!.
If you dont think you are worth loving others will believe you & avoid you!.
