Of course it should be regulated!. If you bought something that said it was a television and turned out to be an empty box you would not want someone to smugly say "Oh well, it is better than having laws regulating them to tell the truth!."Www@QuestionHome@Com It's all deceiving, but it's not flat out lying to you, so you cannot say much bad about it!. "Caveat Emptor!." As far as you are aware it is deceitful, you will approach it cautiously, and thus will be much less likely to be swindled!.
