Your problem is a very common one, because despite how mature and smart we think we are humans are a very spiteful race that feel the need to hang onto the past and coddle it like an injured dog but even with these problems we persevere and that's what makes us a functioning race that can hold their own societies intact!. I can tell you why I can't accept the wrong doing that those have done to me!. Here I go!. My mind is like a closed door, and locked!. It'll not open for anyone who've hurt me, because those will damage my mind again!. I don't know about you, but I wouldn't open my door to a thief!.

If those who are doing wrong, don't they know that it's wrong!? I can't those people who still doing the wrong thing even if they know that it's wrong!. What's the the price for it anyways!? May be they are addicted to it!. The addiction has conquered their mind, which they will demand the addiction!. You cannot change what happened an you may never understand why they happened, but you CAN move on beyond all of them and not let them control you anymore!. Get mad and refuse to let them have any control over you now! My very best friend went thru some horrific things when she was a little girl and carried the scars all her life!. She just couldn't think that she had no fault in them happening to her, until just last year in September!. the persons that hurt her were dead so she couldn't confront them, but she wrote them a letter and told them just how she felt and how it had all affected her life!. Then she took it to a trusted pastor and gave it to him!. They went to the church and laid it on the altar and she told God that she just couldn't deal with it anymore!. Would He please take all the hurt and anger form her heart!. She became a Christian and it changed her whole attitude!. I never saw her so at peace and so happy!.A few weeks later she got very ill and died, but she was at peace!. She was 64 years old!. She had sufferd for over 50 years! Yes, it was real!. I don't know how many people actually do accept the wrongdoings people do in our lives, I think it is more trying to live with the fact and not letting these people ruin our lives or what is left, I have been raped, abused, beaten but today i stand with my head up high WHY!? Because i will not let these people make my life as crappy or pathic as theirs, I don't accept what they have done, I have just stop letting it hold me back i am not going to live in fear because these people need help!

It wil take time to deal with what has happened, but before you can heal you need to understand what has happened is not your fault by any means no matter what they have done or said to you!
