Question: Euthanasia or natural death!? Painful immediate decision!.!?

I have an animal I love very much with a fatal illness!.
I thought I would let her live her time, and then pass!.

It is a beautiful foot long goldfish I have taken care of for many years!.

However I came home today, and she has thrashed about
and ripped part of her tail off!. Perhaps from pains of her illness!.

I took care of her injuries that night, but the next day I came home to her having injured herself again!. Large pieces of her once beautiful tail sit on the bottom of the tank!.

I am torn!.!. Do I let her live out her life to the end!? Do I
euthanize her!?

She is still conscious, looking at me!. I don't know what to do!.

Do I end her life!? Or let it end naturally!?

We only have one life to live!.!.!.

I need some opinions for I cannot decide on my own!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

ask yourself if you would want to live like that!.
If you wouldn't- put her down and out of her misery!.
It's always tough to put a loved pet down no matter the species!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I suggest you figure out what she is injuring herself on and remove it from the tank!.

The tail will grow back!.

Put her down!.!.!.!. She's in terrible pain, I would!. I couldn't bear having to see her suffer like that!. It'll be easier for her, she won't have to suffer, and you won't either, you won't have to see her in so much pain!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

This sounds very controversial but I think you should let her rest and euthanize her!. We only have one life to live and that should be one we remember with the best of our hearts not with overwhelming sadness shadowing our best memories of our friends, lovers, and in both our cases pets!. Just remember that no matter which decision you make, it will always be happy memories you keep in your mind with your pet!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

? I regret having my loved pets put to sleep and will only allow them to die naturally!. The only exception is extreme pain!. You could prepare a large comfortable tank with no dangers in it and allow nature to take its course!. You may feel better in the long run!.
