if the god you are on about is outside of space and time (i assume here that you mean the god of classic theism and once again i am assuming the god of the Abrahamic religions forgive me if i am wrong) then probably not as you see they accept absolutely the simple view of god (god is outside of space and time, god is uniques, god is all powerful, god is eternal, god has no body etc) this having no body part would mean that god could not lift the rock in the way (i assume again) that a person would!. if not then why does the weight matter!?!?!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

I'm sure he could, however if he is so powerful he would create such a rock knowing what will happen to it and knowing that he will never need to lift it!.

Look at humans, we create plenty of giant rocks we can't lift, then again we can't see into the future and see such consequences of these rocks!. (Sorry that was a bad example but hey it was the best one I could come up with!.)

Oh wait I have another example! The titans!. Zeus's father ate all of his brothers and sisters however When Zeus was born his mother hid him and saved his life!. Then Zeus returned and retrieved his brothers and sisters (Poseidon, etc!.!.!.) and imprisoned his father and the other titans!.
You could say that Zeus's Father girthed a rock to big but he also had a way of dealing with it!. But in the end the rock (Zeus) was still greater!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
