Isn't it not there is what you call character investigation before one is granted loan!? Character is essential and very important before one could have a better living towards his surroundings!. The character i refer here must be one of goodness ofcourse!. Money is just secondary to the desires of life!.

Remember that money was not yet used before but trade!. Having a good character in dealing with other people counts a lot!. Having money and buying things you want and achieving what you desire are only temporary!. After having it bought, wgat happen next!. Would other people be happy with you alone enjoying the pleasures!? Would it last!? For how long!?
