Are you asking would one choose to live with shame or at the same instant die with dignity!?
If so, I would choose to live!. I believe shame can be over-come or repaired!. I think it takes courage to stand and not run, which is what someone does when they "choose" death!. I believe we humans have a natural desire to live, in part, because we don't know what to expect on the other side!. We all want to believe we will be rewarded for good life, but no one has ever come back to confirm it!.

ps I think many people have felt "shame" sometime in their life, yet someone was there to help them see things weren't so shameful after all!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

People that do shame-full things all their lives have no shame to begin with!. So as far as they are concerned it really does not matter!.

It would depend on the shame I think!. Many people have felt some sort of shame in their lives!. Don't we sometimes tell a child shame on you!? Shame can be overcome, if you learn from the mistake that brought shame upon you, and change what caused you to have shame in the first place!.
So if those were the choices only, I would make the choice to live, in order to dye with dignity later!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
