A perfect example is giving clean needles to heroin addicts!. It is with good intentions that it is done!. (to prevent disease) The problem is that you have not actually helped the heroin addict end his or her addiction!. The addict could still die of overdose using the clean needle you gave them with good intentions!. The road to hell is paved with good intentions!.
