The ability to know the difference between my circle of influence and circle of concern with the knowledge to know that I can only influence the out come of one. This makes me happy because I don't stress over things I am concerned about because I can not change them.

Love. I feel that the love my family and my friends have given me let me look at life through love, it gives color and meaning to my life. It lets me love and trust myself, and I'm able to see beauty in nature and in others, and it lets me grieve for the horrible things in the world. Without it I would lose my inner strength, it's hard to see life without the love and support I cherish. It gives me happiness (and sorrow, but you can't have one without the other...). I am happy and grateful.
