yes ... morticians do it all the time. Any one performing a service for the dead is doing business with dead people.

My Father was dead for months before he stopped receiving bills and promotional material .

People make arrangements for certain things to be done after their dead , for example trusts for their grand children and for charities. So in effect the organizations providing these services are doing business with the dead.

I have it heard is said that you can not direct from the grave but my mother is still running many aspects of my life. If it was not for her I would never make my bed.
