Only as far as the library.

yes

Are you making a serious question or just trolling around to see what nonsensical answers will you get?

In case you are making a serious question: no, philosophy is not a thing, and therefore, you can't find it anywhere, making travel useless. Philosophy means "love of wisdom", and if you want it, you just have to like becoming wise, something you can't do by moving to a particular place. Oh, you can buy books on philosophy, go to the library, get a teacher or guru, and yet, never 'find' philosophy, simply because it is not something to be found, but an attitude towards life.

What an opportunity-with the Olympics, you can experience a little Athenian philosophy and visit "The Great Wall." The wall seems so simple, but is a standing vision of the whole one side/other side mentality. We look at it and think how impressive and strong the people must have been who built it, but one can also make the case for fear (the Mongol Hoards).
