A "drug" is defined as a substance in all definitions and a substance is defined as matter. Music isn't matter unless you consider music is a sound, that has sound waves. The sound waves could be argued, that they are a form of matter. So this part of the argument could be valid. The second part of the definition is a drug is a remedy, music is a remedy for many aspects of life especially emotionally. Down to the technical aspect, you would be left at the main argument music is sound and sound is matter thus music is a substance and a remedy which concurs with the definition of a drug.
