Is RIDICULE a lethal weapon?

Question:Yes, ridicule can be a lethal weapon because of how it affects what it is aimed at. If I say, "The weather is nasty." Am I ridiculing the weather, no, I am just stating a fact because it has no emotion or intelligence. But, if I say, "He/She is stupid...does not know what they are doing...have no common sense...will not amount to anything..." That is ridicule because it affects a persons self-esteem, Even things said in a "joking way" affects us in one way or another. Anything that is said to hurt or embarrass another is ridicule and is a lethal weapon beacause of the harm it does.
