To be successful with a big safety-critical project wouldn't you HAVE TO fol

"1/I guess you'd take what is already there and improve upon it.
2/For any System to become truly enhanced....all participants or users of the System...should have all relevant information available to them.

3/It's Human Nature to be much more willing to perform at their utmost potential.... when they have a full spectrum understanding of how the System works, why it works and the reasons the upgrades are being implemented.

4/Include everyone as an integral part of the team....and they will accept the enhancements willingly.
5/Allow quality control to do their job....to ensure the system is operating at it's optimum.

6/And Always...leave room for further improvement.
