Depends what specific context........too many people just skip over 'problems' only to find, funny enough, that problem happens to them again....

If its just a bad day with some unfortunate happenings largely out of your control.......just put it into its context and work out how tomorrow will be great...

i usually try and get over it, nothing in life is worth stressing over. and whats you've had a bad day, you cant go back and replace it or change anything so let it go

Exercise. Go out and work it off. Think about it, determine if there is any productive action you can take, then take action or get over it. Either way, exercise helps with anger and frustration and helps clear your head. If you burn up all your spare energy, you have none left for irrational anger.

I agree with the first girl but we all no how hard it is to just get over it. But to help get over it is by doing things you like go out and have fun.

give it a thought to see if it's truly worth the bother, then let it go. Relax with your favorite music or book (both ,if that makes you happy) and a cool drink. Or a hot cup of tea, whatever!

Be solutions oriented and don't look for problems.

Everything with a grain of salt. Don't dwell much on it. Sometimes overtime the problem may ripen into solutions.

Enjoy Life! The sun always will be back come summertime.

it depends...is it a problem your currently facing? Or is it something youve done in the past?
If its something thats happening right now its best to try and sort it out as best you can, only if its in your control that is. Why not talk to someone about the situation, i know it sounds cheesey but a problem shared really is a problem half solved, and you will feel alot better for letting it all out. I also once read that sometimes after a hard day, before you go to bed write down all the thigs that went well that day and all the thigs that didnt, by doing this you learn to accept the bad thigs and just let go of them rather than let them eat away at you.
on thge other hand, if its a past thing you might aswell just try to get on with your life, theres nothing else you can really do. xx

no, analyze the problem first, get to a solution that suits you and the other party, then only you get over the problem.
me..... i switch off like a machine.... dont pay attention to anything or anyone..... just do your work right, and move on with life

Once you've recognized why the problem occurred, don't dwell on it. Move on. Everything happens for a reason and once you've realized why, learn the lesson and try not to make the same mistake again. Life has a way of testing you so that you can mature and grow. Some we pass and some we don't do so well on. We all make mistakes. Whatever the case may be there is a lesson to be learned and a testimony to share that will help somebody else.

Think carefully be for operating mouth, always.
Haven't had bad days.
