hell no

no i do not agree with them...

I have seen some dumb statements, this is near the top!!!!

are you kidding me, hell no

That statement can only be made regarding say, nazi soldiers or caligulas men or mao se tung's leuitenants.
a soldier is just a man, but if he gets sadistic glee from killing, then is it wrong?

No. 'legalized criminals' is an oxymoron. a criminal's victim is unwilling.

What crimes are they breaking? The obey the law just like you and me.

i have seen video footage of "good ol boy" american soldiers who couldnt wait to kill them some sand n_ggers. so in some cases hell yes !

Absolutely. They have free reign to do what civilians are prevented from doing. If I attempt to exert my influence via force in any situation I'll likely be subject to reprisals a soldier wouldn't because he's serving the state's needs and or desires. Those with power do what they want and those who don't do what they're told or suffer the consequences.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!! Why would you even ask this? Other than the Nazi's back in WWII i would agree. BUT NOT OUR AMERICAN SOLDIERS!

Yes.
If the soldiers who commit acts like killing of civilians, rape, robbery and theft, which are unrelated to the war.

No, I don't. They are doing their jobs and they are serving their country.

There is the opportunity for each and every country to have a military. Rules and guidelines set up by the U.N. regulate what soldiers can and can't do. These rules were agreed upon and set into place to protect civilians, and other soldiers, (rules of engagement), for example. What they are doing is not criminal if they follow these guidelines.
Of course this is philosophy... so in the nature of things. One can argue that because the majority of people can't legally get away with killing others, yet soldiers can. One could say looking at it from that philosophy they are.
That will not change the fact I support the troops out there laying down their lives for our freedom of speech.
