Balanced diet is good for body and soul as well. We need not go for tasty , spicy things.
Osho ( Acharya Rajneesh ) is Indian of course.

I don't know from where you get it.
But Osho never says that.

When Japanese eat food, they express their appreciation to everybody, saying "Itadaki masu."

When you appreciate farmers who produced rice and fishermen who caught fish for you, you can fully enjoy the taste of them, can't you?

This is the essence of the Japanese culture.
