No. Why lie to yourself? Regret what you regret. Makes it easier to get over it.

The weeping is in itself a reminder of the regret, and denying the regret won't help forgetting it. Much less complicated to just simply regret and weep.

yes ...and all sorts of sickness are the result of bottling up my emotion inside.
